The Provincial Selection Board (PSB) of DILG-Ifugao assessed the Contact Tracers (CT) applicants for Ifugao on September 22-26, 2020. The assessment of the Contact Tracers applicants have gone through a two-part. The first part was the table assessment of the application documents of the 359 CT applicants for Ifugao of which 96 applicants were disqualified. The second part was the interview assessment of which the shortlisted 263 applicants have gone through starting from September 23, 2020 to September 26, 2020.

The CT applicants of the municipalities of Lagawe-Hingyon, Banaue-Lamut, and Hungduan-Tinoc,-Asipulo-Kiangan were interviewed on September 23, 2020 to September 25, 2020 respectively in a face to face manner. The applicants from Mayoyao, Aguinaldo, Alfonso Lista and 1 from Tinoc were interviewed through a Virtual Teleconference Capability (VTC) on September 26, 2020.

A deliberation were conducted in the last hour of the afternoon of September 26, 2020 wherein the top applicants corresponding to the numbers assigned per municipality were determined. As a result, the fifty Contact Tracers slots assigned for Ifugao were finalized. On September 27, 2020, the Municipal Local Government Operations Officers of the eleven municipalities were informed of the results and asked to inform the passers to come for Contract Signing on September 28, 2020, thus, the contract signing of the passers were conducted on said date.

On September 29, 2020, the duly signed and notarized Contracts of Service were couriered care of a PNP personnel to Baguio City for signing of RD Marlo L. Iringan and Accountant III Jennifer S. Chaokas. On same date, the Regional Office informed PD Mammag that there is a need for an Administrative Support to Contact Tracers of which the PSB deliberated again from the list of assessed CT applicants and as a result, Ms. Ivy Lorette T. Mannod of Banaue was the one chosen for said position. She also accomplished the additional requirements as the Contact Tracers have and signed her Contract of Service which was notarized and sent to the Regional Office on September 30, 2020 to catch-up with the others that are for signing of the Regional Director and The Regional Accountant.#YudinisMT
